It's important that you feel good with your Officine Creative shoes, so we are glad to do our best in order to support you and make the return procedure quick and precise.

FREE RETURNS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION


Officine Creative Returns are free for European Union Member Countries. Requested returns will be collected at your address using an Officine Creative trusted delivery service or you can either drop the package at a pick-up point (the pick-up points list will be indicated via email). However, you may decide to use any other courier service at your expense.


RETURNS POLICY IN UK AND SWITZERLAND

For returns from the United Kingdom and Switzerland the shipping fee is €20, which includes also customs duties (DDP). Requested returns will be collected at your address using an Officine Creative trusted delivery service or you can either drop the package at a pick-up point (the pick-up points list will be indicated via email). However, you may decide to use any other courier service at your expense.

RETURNS POLICY IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

For returns from Australia and New Zealand the shipping fee is €50, which includes also customs duties (DDP). Requested returns will be collected at your address using an Officine Creative trusted delivery service or you can either drop the package at a pick-up point (the pick-up points list will be indicated via email). However, you may decide to use any other courier service at your expense.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For Extra EU returns, any customs or import duties will be charged to you (except for the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Switzerland which are always DDP). You don’t have to pay for customs duties when the items arrive at customs, we will take care of that for you. However, at the moment of the refund, we withhold the value of the duties from the amount due. Please note that we are unable to predict the value of import duties, they are calculated directly at customs by customs officers. However, you may decide to use any other courier service at your expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE
As a Customer you have the right to return the Product(s) from your Order, with no penalty, by filling the return form within fourteen (14) days from the date of the delivery (the days are calculated from the proven date of delivery).

RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS:

To properly complete the return process and receive your refund please:


1. Keep shoes and packaging in good conditions

Once you decide to return the Shoes you must not use them and must take good care of them while they remain in your possession. The Shoes must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn (other than to try them on) and return them in the same state that they were sold to you. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the Shoes should be returned in or with its original packaging.Please note that incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and therefore sent back.


2. Return products by courier

Ensure the Shoes are in a securely wrapped parcel. We will contact you to schedule an appointment for the pickup by an Officine Creative trusted delivery service. It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to obtain precise proof of the sending date.



REFUND TIME

Please note that we will refund you within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the items to our warehouse, where they will be inspected. The amount will be credited back to the payment method used to place the order. We reserve the right to withhold sums of money in case of damaged items, shipping costs and customs duties charged to the customer, according to the conditions listed above. All returns are subject to Officine Creative’s inspection to make sure that returned Products are still in their original condition. We will only accept returns or refund requests for items purchased on OFFICINE CREATIVE website officinecreative.store. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is found to be defective due to a quality or manufacturing issue, please contact us at the following email address contact@officinecreativeitalia.com and provide us with as much information as possible regarding the problem encountered, the order number, including also some pictures of the item. Our Team of experts will evaluate the problem and provide you with the most suitable solution.


Refund time

We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the original delivery charges for sending the (defective) item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Any eventual custom or import duties imposed on defective products returned to Italy will be paid by Officine Creative.
